Terms and Conditions of Sale (Bitcoin Cuvée Pack Drop on Crypto.com / InterCellar)
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the sale of Non-Fungible Tokens ("NFTs") linked to physical packs of 3 bottles of the Bitcoin Cuvée, a 2019 vintage featuring wines from Margaux, Saint-Émilion Grand Cru, and Pessac-Léognan. The sale is conducted through the platform "Crypto.com" (CDC) ("Platform") and involves a collaboration with InterCellar.io ("InterCellar").
1. Sale on crypto.com:
The product is an NFT, a digital twin of a physical pack of 3 bottles of the Bitcoin Cuvée. The sale price is 160 USD per NFT.
Each NFT purchase includes the following benefit:
- Each NFT represents a set of 3 physical bottles, fully backed and owned by the NFT holder.
- This NFT can be traded, transferred, or resold on the marketplace.
- The holder can request delivery of their corresponding 3-bottle pack (undivided) to over 40 countries worldwide, subject to shipping fees.
2. NFT Exchange on Crypto.com and Transfer to InterCellar.io:
Pursuant to the applicable terms and conditions, Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) may be exchanged on the Crypto.com platform for a period of three months following the minting date (December 11th, 2024) without incurring storage fees.
During this period, NFTs may also be transferred to the InterCellar platform, with this option remaining available until March 11th, 2025.
After the three-month period, NFT holders are granted an additional one-month grace period to transfer their NFTs to InterCellar.
Failure to transfer the NFT within this grace period will result in the forfeiture of all rights and ownership. The NFT will be automatically transferred to the principal wallet of InterCellar, and the holder will lose all associated rights and benefits pertaining to the 3-bottle pack.
3. Physical Bottle and Storage:
Each NFT corresponds to a physical pack of 3 bottles of wine and is subject to storage fees.
- For the duration of the Crypto.com account (3 months), storage fees are free.
- Once the NFT has been transferred to InterCellar, users benefit from an additional 3 months of free storage.
- In total, users enjoy 6 months of free storage from the date of mint on Crypto.com.
Following this period, NFT holders will incur storage fees payable directly on the InterCellar platform.
Storage fees are as follows: €0.20 per bottle per year (equivalent to €0.60 per 3-bottle pack).
Failure to pay storage fees will prevent users from reselling or redeeming the NFT on the platform. Detailed storage conditions are available in InterCellar's Terms and Conditions.
4. Shipping:
Physical delivery of the 3-bottle pack is not possible while the NFT is stored on Crypto.com (during the first 3 months after mint).
Delivery becomes available once the NFT has been transferred to the InterCellar marketplace.
Bitcoin Cuvée 3-bottle packs can be delivered to over 40 countries, with shipping fees applicable. Restrictions may apply in certain countries, and buyers are responsible for any customs fees and taxes unless otherwise specified.

By purchasing an NFT, buyers agree to these Terms and any additional terms specified by Crypto.com and InterCellar.io. These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the sale of NFTs linked to Bitcoin Cuvée 3-bottle packs.
